DRY MOUTH is when saliva in the mouth has dried up and starts to cause discomfort, cracked lips, sore mouth and even bad breath!
Here are some things you can do to help:
Sip on water frequently
Chew sugar free gum (this helps produce more saliva and moistens the mouth)
Reduce caffeine, alcohol and smoking
Avoid overly salty/spicy foods
Dry mouth can also be a chronic condition especially later on in life.
