Dr Sonia Sahota
Principal Dentist

Before you speak to Dr Sonia, you’ll be greeted by her beaming smile. Sonia doesn’t just love dentistry, she loves meeting her patients too, so get ready for a warm welcome and maybe even a tasty recipe idea.

Sonia graduated from LaTrobe university with a Masters in Dentistry. In all the years she’s been practicing one thing has always stood out, her passion for high quality dentistry and building her patient’s confidence by giving them strong, healthy smiles. She loves to find ways to help patients stay relaxed and comfortable during their visit; that’s why Smiles of Diamond Creek provides all the little extras, such as Netflix and neck pillows.

Sonia is no stranger to living outside the big cities. She spent many years working in country South Australia and across the South and Western regions of Melbourne. It wasn’t a love of sparkling jewels that drew Sonia to Diamond Creek though, it was the enjoyment of working in a close-knit community where her patients become friends.

Dr Imran
Dentist

You’ll always find Dr Imran with a huge smile on his face! He treats all his patients with the utmost care, so you can sit back and relax on every visit. Dr Imran’s a highly experienced Dentist and is sure to get you smiling!

Dr Imran can help with all your smile needs – from wisdom teeth, simple restorations, extractions, veneers, and crowns, to complex smile makeovers that boost your confidence. He has a special interest in dental implants, which is a complex skill that can transform how you eat and smile. We’re so lucky to have his skills and experience here in Diamond Creek. Dr Imran’s friendly nature and vast experience means he’s able to treat all patients, from our younger patients up to our special Seniors.

In 2015, Dr Imran graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from one of the leading and internationally recognized universities in Pakistan – the National University of Sciences and Technology. He then practised dentistry in his home country before achieving his Australian Dental Council certification in 2017.

Not long after, Dr Imran moved to Australia and has been working as a dentist ever since. He’s a proud member of Australian Dental Association (ADA) and currently undertaking postgraduate studies in Dental Implantology at the University of Melbourne.

Outside of dentistry, Dr Imran is a die-hard follower of sports, particularly cricket. He also loves experimenting with food and luxuriates in travelling – both around the globe and around Australia. We’re so glad you chose to settle here!

Dr Aiden Stones 
Dentist

You’re in for a treat when you meet Dr Aiden! He’s a skilled dentist who graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Doctor of Dental Surgery. With experience in regional Victoria, he’s now here proudly serving the Diamond Creek community. 

Dr. Aiden is all about providing top-quality care while making you feel totally at ease. He’s like your dental buddy, creating a relaxed atmosphere that feels more like catching up with a close friend than a dental appointment.

When he’s not busy perfecting smiles, he loves exploring the vibrant restaurant scene with his friends. As a true foodie, he always knows the best places to eat!

But there’s more to Dr. Aiden than dentistry. He’s all about living life to the fullest and seeking out exciting experiences. Whether he’s hitting the slopes for some thrilling snowboarding or jetting off to new destinations, he’s always up for fun adventures.
